Three-star defensive back Justin Hopkins is set to announce his college decision today.
The 6-foot, 179-pound prospect will choose between Minnesota, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and USC on Monday afternoon.
“This past January was a period of reflection for me,” Hopkins told Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman. “Looking back on my journey, I feel that this decision is one of the best I’ve made in a long time.”
