Bolton Wanderers have secured the season-long loan signing of Brighton & Hove Albion winger Amario Cozier-Duberry.
The 20-year-old becomes the Trotters’ seventh addition during a busy summer transfer window, joining the likes of goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe, Xavier Simons, Sam Dalby, and Rapid Vienna forward Thierry Gale at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Cozier-Duberry, who came through Arsenal’s academy, spent last season on loan at Championship side Blackburn Rovers, where he featured in 23 matches across all competitions and netted in a 2-0 league win over Luton in December.
Although he is yet to make a senior appearance for Brighton, Wanderers manager Steven Schumacher is confident in the young winger’s potential: “With the experience he gained in the Championship last season, we’re confident he has what it takes to make an impact in a Bolton shirt,” he told the club’s website.
