Standing at 5-foot-10 and weighing 198 pounds, Houston is recognized as a pocket passer with 32 scholarship offers to his name. He currently stars at Evangel Christian Academy, where he had a breakout sophomore season, throwing for 4,480 yards and 38 touchdowns, along with seven rushing scores.
The Shreveport native is ranked as the No. 8 quarterback in the 2027 class and the No. 6 overall player in Louisiana. His stock has been on a steady rise, marked by four updates to his national ranking on 247Sports since April 2025. Initially ranked No. 96 overall, he briefly dipped to No. 109 in May before rebounding to No. 86 just over two weeks later. On June 2, he climbed once again to No. 85, a sign of his upward momentum and growing potential. If he continues on this trajectory, he could break into the top 50 nationally.
