AC Milan have expressed interest in Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, but reports from England indicate that the Blues have placed a valuation on him that is more than twice what Milan are willing to offer.
As previously noted by Football Italia through Alfredo Pedullà, Jackson is among the targets Milan are considering to strengthen their attack this summer.
However, from the outset, the deal was seen as complicated due to the financial demands. There was hope that the strong relationship between the two clubs might help overcome the gap in valuation.
Italian sources suggest Milan could be open to meeting Chelsea’s €50 million asking price for the 24-year-old Senegalese forward, provided the fee is paid in instalments or structured as a loan with an option to buy.
Despite this, Kieran Gill of the Daily Mail reports that Chelsea have set Jackson’s price at €110 million and are not currently interested in selling.
This figure is more than twice what Milan believe he is worth. Chelsea signed Jackson from Villarreal for €37 million in 2023, and he recorded 13 goals and six assists in 36 appearances across all competitions this past season.
