The proposal took place in front of a heart-shaped balloon arch bearing the words “Will you marry me?” McKenzie later posted a series of photos from the special moment, which included decorations like framed photos of the couple. Ivan, dressed in a white button-down shirt and gray slacks, and McKenzie, in a white dress with sheer detailing, looked joyful as they celebrated their engagement.
Photos showed Ivan holding McKenzie’s hands while proposing and laughing with her in a candid moment. One close-up image displayed the engagement ring: an oval-cut diamond encircled by pavé-set stones.
“Today, tomorrow, forever… together is my favorite place to be,” McKenzie captioned the post, calling Ivan her “greatest adventure” and “safest place.” Ivan replied in the comments, “I love you very much. Can’t wait until I can give you my last name !! 224.”
