LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Another Class of 2026 recruit has decided to part ways with the Louisville football program.
An offensive lineman from Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia, announced on Friday that he is flipping his commitment from Louisville to USF.
Corhei had only been committed to the Cardinals since June 15, following an official visit. However, he recently took an official visit to USF this past weekend, which ultimately influenced his decision.
He becomes the sixth 2026 prospect to decommit from Louisville, joining offensive lineman Joel Ervin, wide receiver/safety Emoni Smith, and defensive linemen Josiah Hope, Kevontay Hugan, and Jamarcus Whyce.
Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 299 pounds, Corhei is ranked as high as the No. 55 interior offensive lineman in his class and No. 97 overall in Georgia, according to Rivals. The 247Sports Composite lists him as the No. 1,045 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle.
Louisville’s 2026 recruiting class now stands at 18 commitments but remains highly regarded, currently ranked No. 32 in the nation by 247Sports.
