Despite nearing his 37th birthday, Jansen remains a reliable force on the mound. In 2024, he secured 27 saves, and during his stint with the Atlanta Braves, he led the National League with 41 saves.

Jansen’s track record highlights his ability to perform under pressure. Last season with the Boston Red Sox, he posted a 4-2 record, a 3.29 ERA, and 27 saves across 54 appearances. As a two-time National League Reliever of the Year and a 2020 World Series champion, his experience and leadership could be invaluable to the Phillies.
