FC St. Pauli have bolstered their frontline with the capture of Dutch striker Martijn Kaars from FC Magdeburg.
The 26-year-old hitman netted 19 goals and added six assists last season, and he’s already found the back of the net three times this campaign – two in the league and once in the DFB Cup.
Before his move to Germany, Kaars racked up 178 games in the Dutch second tier, tallying 62 goals and 15 assists, and he’s also represented the Netherlands at U19 level. Transfer details remain undisclosed, but he’s cleared to feature for St. Pauli immediately.
