Tennessee has recently extended offers to a number of athletes, including Jake Hildebrand.
Hildebrand, a five-star offensive tackle from Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona, stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 285 pounds. He is ranked No. 1 in Arizona, No. 2 at his position, and No. 24 nationally.
Hildebrand spoke to Tennessee on SI about the offer, expressing how much it means to him. “The Tennessee offer is incredible—it’s an amazing school with great coaches, players, and a passionate fan base,” said the 2027 recruit.
He plans to visit several schools during the offseason, and Tennessee is among them. “I want to visit a lot of schools, but I haven’t set specific dates yet,” he shared.
Although he’s keeping his options open, several schools have caught his attention. “A lot of schools have been standing out to me. I’m not narrowing things down yet because it’s still early in the recruiting process,” he added.
